The building, like a stone, is embedded in the ground. The ventilated façade is made of prefabricated Glass Reinforced Concrete panels. The coulours are inspired by the earthy palette of the mountainous landscape of Lachin. It is an inclined volume, partly recessed on the hillside.
Symbolically, it draws its strength from the earth, from the traditions of civilization violated in this place, and then rises towards the sky.
