The Memorial park will cover a surface of 22 hectars, will be made of the Occupation and Victory Museums,
the Flag Square, the Arena, and a Memorial area with the ruins of the destroyed city surrounded by a garden with native trees and wild vegetation.
Artificial water mirrors will create strong emotion and will reflect all the ruins and the light effects displayed at night.
The main ruins and green areas between the Occupation and Victory museums will remain and preserved.

An architectural labyrinth to create a sense of disorientation leads visitors to the main dome, symbol of liberation and light.

AGDAM OCCUPATION MUSEUM INTERIORs VIEW
Immediately after the entrance a large access area with an installation with the remnants of the fountain introduces to the Silence Gate, the first hall of the museum, set up to induce a feeling of respect and devotion.
Images, collection of objects and footages depicting the major events occurred in the city of Agdam and in Karabakh region during the occupation will be displayed.
The main rooms will host video installations, 3D interactive augmented reality, virtual mapping projected on toponymics diorama of the Agdam city, reconstruction of scenes of people forced to flee Agdam in 1993.

The concept of the Victory Museum is based on the unique idea of a rotating victory arch, which will surround the main glass structure.

The Victory Museum will celebrate the 2020 military campaign for liberation.
Through maps, satellite shootings, footages and photographs the Karabakh liberation war will be thoroughly described.
Special focus will be reserved to the Martyrs and to the episodes occurred during the liberation.

Imarat after the occupation
The Mausoleum of Panah Ali Kahn (r. 1748–1760), the founder of the Karabakh Khanate is located in the Imarat complex.
The structure was severely damaged during the occupation and the family graves were desecrated.

AGDAM IMARAT COMPLEX
The Mausoleum of Panah Ali Kahn (r. 1748–1760), the founder of the Karabakh Khanate, is located in the Imarat complex.
The Palace, properly and scientifically restored will be hosting several virtual reconstructions of interiors and museum paths displaying objects and images.
The cemetery will be carefully restored.
Other Mausoleums of the Panah Ali Khan family will be preserved and the memorial monument of the princess and poetress Khurshidbanu Natavan rebuilt with the remnants of the original sculpture.
In the surrounding area of the palace racecourse and stables will be re-created to host Chovqan traditional Karabakh horse riding games.
The visitor center at the entrance will host the ticket office, the reception, the cafeteria, bookshop and exhibition area.
